Work history.

My career has been either working in or providing solutions and services to the foodservice and healthcare industries. I started out as a dishwasher in the back of a family-owned pizza shop and worked my way up to restaurant manager. As a manager I have had the pleasure of managing several different concepts along the way as well as serving the elderly and the intellectually challenged through their foodservice operations.

After working in restaurants for many years, I made a career shift from serving customers and residents to supplying the foodservice, hospitality and healthcare industries with vital cleaning and sanitation supplies and services. I have held many distinct positions both inside and outside the corporate office from marketing, training, finance, individual sales contributor to team and senior sales executive positions. I have supported and grown winning teams throughout the eastern United States as well as Puerto Rico.

Today I am a business owner with the Entrepreneur’s Source. Utilizing their unique system to help others explore their goals, needs and expectations through a journey of discovery and education.

Coaching highlights.

I have a passion for helping people both professionally and personally. Throughout my career and volunteer work I have coached, trained, and mentored employees, associates, and co-workers at all levels.

Throughout my career I have worked side by side with my team to improve their skills and capabilities and celebrated them when they achieved their goals. I have helped them look at themselves and to figure out what they really wanted out of their career by creating a safe and comfortable space where they felt free to discuss their possibilities, options, and dreams.

Volunteer work.

I spent twenty-one plus years as a volunteer firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician giving back to the communities, I lived in. I have had the honor of serving on five different departments as I moved throughout my corporate career. Taking care of others in need has been very rewarding.
